Here is a 7 inch Dual SIM Phablet from Pantel Technologies named as Penta T-Pad WS708C priced for just Rs 6,999. Pantel WS 708C runs on Android v4.1.1 Jelly Bean and has two GSM Slots with voice calling support because of which the Company loves to call it as a Phablet instead of Tablet.

Penta WS 708C comes with a 7 inch TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen display with Multi Touch support. The resolution of this screen is 800×480 pixels with 16M colors. Beneath this display lies a team of 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 single core CPU and Mali 400 3D GPU.

Latest price of Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 and 311 – Rs 15,999 & Rs 12,599

Samsung India is busy slashing the prices of its Galaxy devices, be it smartphones, camera or tablets. The company has now reduced the price of its 7 inch Galaxy Tab 2 310 from Rs 19,000 to Rs 15,999. The tablet which was released in the mid of last year has 3G calling facility and supports Wifi connectivity too.

Another variant of this tablet (Tab 2 GT-P3100) is the recently released Galaxy Tab 2 311 which got the price cut from Rs 13,900 to Rs 12,599. P3110 is similar in specs when compared to P3100 but lacks the voice calling support (No SIM slot). Recently the company has also announced about giving this tablet as a complimentary gift on purchase of its NX1000 Smart Camera.

LG exhibits world’s smallest wireless charger at MWC 2013

After the release of Nokia’s wireless car charger yesterday, LG today disclosed the world’s smallest wireless charger called WCP-300. This small device not only charges it’s own LG Optimus G Pro and Spectrum 2 but all Qi compatible devices, i.e all the portable devices which comprises a power transmission pad and a compatible receiver like Google’s Nexus 4, Vu II and LTE II.

With the help of LG’s wireless charger one can simply boast the battery life by placing the device on the charging pad. The charger is 6.98cm in diameter so that it is easy to carry. According to the company the charging area is 1.7 times wider than that of LG’s previous generation wireless charger. The charger is also compatible with a standard 5-pin micro-USB charger.

WCP-300 mainly works on the principles of electromagnetic induction which produces a magnetic field that in turn generates an electric current to charge the batteries in the devices placed on it.
LG’s WCP-300 is expected to hit the market globally very soon at a price tag of 60$

BlackBerry Z10 Pre Booking starts at Saholic, priced Rs 45,000

Indian Retailer Saholic has started to take the pre orders for BlackBerry Z1O. The listed price tag for this smartphone is Rs 45,000 which is just an estimated one. The actual price of the smartphone may be around Rs 39,000. The online retailer has also mentioned that it would take around 18 business days for shipping after the order is placed. May be from first week of March the shipping will begin.
Currently BlackBerry ranks third in the Indian Market. First and second spot are conquered by Samsung and Nokia. The official release event of BB Z10 is expected to be held on Feb 25 where Ranbir Kapoor the new brand ambassador of BlackBerry is going to unleash the premium device in the country.

Following Canvas HD Micromax today launched another new smartphone called Micromax Bolt A35. The low budget device is available at most of the leading store for a price tag of Rs 4,250.

The dual SIM smartphone sports a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touch screen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It is powered by 1 GHz processor and 256MB RAM running on the older version of Android v2.3.5 (Gingerbread). The internal storage is just 160MB which can be extended with microSD card upto 16 GB.
