Last week Google had official started taking the pre orders for Nexus 7(16 GB, Wifi) variant on Google play store for Rs 15,999 and now ASUS has made the announcement to sell the Nexus 7 (32GB) Wi-Fi and 3G variant (with SIM Slot) in India with the price tag of Rs 18,999 and 21,999 respectively in its outlets. Alongwith the ASUS stores the tablet can also be purchased from the local vendors like CROMA and Vijay. The tablet is expected to be available in these stores by next week.
All the Nexus 7 variants come with similar specification. Google Asus Nexus 7 features a 7-inch Crystal clear IPS HD display of resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 216 ppi density. The device runs on android JellyBean v4.1 that can be upgraded to JellyBean v4.2.2. The display is protected from scratch resistant Corning’s Gorilla glass.

Google has listed the Nexus 7(16GB) variant on the Google Play Store but one has to purchase 32GB Wi-fi and 3G variant from retail partners of Asus. We hopefully see these two device soon on the giant google store.
