Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus lands in India for Rs 22,900

Jelly Bean powered Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus is now released in India. The smartphone is available at online retailer for Rs 22,900
Galaxy S2 Plus is the improved version of the legacy Galaxy S2. There are not much difference between the two. Design wise the smartphone looks ditto to the original. The updates are done majorly in the software part.


Galaxy S2 Plus comes with Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean along with the Samsung’s latest TouchWix Nature UX. With this update one can expect to special features similar to the Galaxy S3 like Direct Call, Smart Stay, Smart Alert, Popup Video, S Voice, Voice Unlock, S Beam and Samsung AllShare Play.
In the hardware section the Galaxy S2 houses a 1.2GHz dual Core processor along with a 1GB RAM. Internal storage of this device is 8GB and expandable upto 64GB via micro SD card. S2 Plus also sports an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera.

S2 Plus price is surprisingly less than the original one which is currently selling at Rs 25,900. The company had officially launched the SGS2 Plus in January this year.
