After taking couple of financial bashings in recent times now HTC has moved outside of the list of top ten handset brands in the world as claimed by some reports. In such situation the struggling Taiwanese Cell Phone maker has introduced HTC One (code named M7) as a new champ in the hope of increasing its market share which otherwise is majorly captured by Samsung. The 4.7 inch form factor device got unleashed on Feb 19 in London and New York which incorporates high end technical specs. HTC is no stranger to creating incredible handsets and the same can be seen in its 2013 flagship device.

To compete with Samsung the company has developed some powerful technology which provides unique user experience be it in outer looks or software wise. Here is the list of 5 best and unique features found in the all new HTC One handset.

1. What is HTC BlinkFeed?
BlinkFeed feature just shows how far HTC has taken the android’s stock UI. It is a new kind of tile centric screen where all the social, sports, lifestyle, personal and news updates are found. This feature comes with the latest version of the HTC Sense 5 User Interface. BlinkFeed is similar to the Windows Live Tiles concept.
The latest update is found on top of the list in the screen. For eg, if there is a latest news published on REUTERS then that feed can be instantaneously seen on the BlinkFeed homescreen. This will in turn save your time which otherwise would have been wasted in opening the Reuters app for reading the news. But I guess this unique android feature of HTC could use bit more battery power while checking the latest updates. Hoping the 2300mAh battery power of the device would be sufficient to support such feature.
Currently there are 1400 content partners which can be pinned on the BlinkFeed screens for live feed updates.

2. HTC Boom Sound:
Boom Sound feature includes dual front stereo speakers for providing better audio experience and stereo effect. The speakers have built in amplifiers and are placed on top and bottom of the screen. This kind of feature is much needed while watching a movie, Playing games, Voice navigation purpose (docked in car) or listening songs.

3. HTC Zoe and UltraPixels:
The smartphone has a 4 megapixel camera and before you think that this is too little hold on. HTC is actually using an UltraPixel Camera in which the pixels are larger in size on the sensor (2micrometer). Because larger pixels record more light and data, the resulting photos display more shades and greater color accuracy. HTC One camera can capture 300% more light than many of the 13 megapixel cameras in the market, claims the company.
The camera is aided by a new dedicated ImageChip and a newer sensor. This chip will offer continuous autofocus, color shading, and noise reduction, as well as more realistic High Dynamic Range images. Company also claims that the Ultrapixels will let users will be able to quickly shoot true-to-life images with the best colours, even in low light.
With the new HTC Zoe feature the users can shoot high-resolution photos that come to life in three-second snippets. These Zoes, photos and videos are then displayed in a way that brings the gallery to life and transforms the traditional photo gallery of still images into a motion gallery of memories.

4. Sense TV and Sense Voice:
The HTC One also comes with Sense TV, which lets users select TV channels, set-top boxes options, access program guides, adjust audio, etc with their smartphone. This is accomplished using the infrared port integrated in the phone.
With Sense Voice the user can expect clarity even while talking in the midst of a large crowd. The smartphone has dual built-in microphones that detect loud ambient noise and will then dynamically boost the in-call voice to compensate.

5. Aluminum Body:
The new design is all aluminum with full metal body and zero gap construction which gives the handset a rugged and premium looks. The smartphone’s unibody comes with neatly crafted buttons and tapered edges.
With Full Metal Body there will create a problem for the antenna’s within the phone (Wifi, NFC, Bluetooth). The antenna’s can communicate effectively under plastic or polycarbonate body than in a metal body. HTC solved this issue by placing two plastic strips at the back of the device.
